An interaction is when a follower, friend, or connection in your social media network interacts with content you’ve shared. The interaction could be a like, favorite, share, retweet, reply, comment, or click on a link you shared.
You can see the number of interactions your posts have received in your social media networks in the past week on your dashboard. In the following picture, 78 people have interacted with the content that the user has posted in the previous week on Twitter. For example, they have clicked or retweeted the content posted. We collect the interactions that a post gets for the first two days after the post has been published.
If you notice your Facebook sharing and interaction data is not correct, it may be because we are not capturing the interactions correctly on your account.
