Learn where to find your notifications on web and mobile as well as what you will receive a notification about.

In this article, we'll be going over Notifications. You can be notified about different actions that are relevant to posts you are interested in. Also, you can receive notifications every time a new post is created in your platform.

You'll learn about:

Desktop Notifications

Let's go over where to access your notifications, how to subscribe to a specific post, and how to edit/remove your notification settings. You will receive notifications in your content library within the notification bell and by email.

NOTE: You will receive a notification on several different occasions, including:

  • When a post you suggest has been approved by an administrator.

  • When your approved post or a post you are subscribed to has been liked.

  • When your approved post or a post you are subscribed to has been commented on.

  • If auto-queue has been enabled for your platform.

Activity

  • Subscribe to a post 

  • Have a notification pop up through email and in the content library when someone likes the post or comments on it

Mobile Notifications

Let's go over where to access your mobile notifications, how to subscribe to a specific post, and how to edit/remove your push notifications. You will receive notifications by push notification on your mobile device.

NOTE: You will receive a notification on several different occasions, including:

  • When a post you suggest has been approved by an administrator.

  • When your approved post or a post you are subscribed to has been liked.

  • When your approved post or a post you are subscribed to has been commented on.

  • If auto-queue has been enabled for your platform.
